Ordering Policy

All orders are made in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Please double check your shipping address and order information before submitting your order. Powerdough Bakery is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information entered at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped fresh and are typically baked and shipped within our current processing window. Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may occasionally experience delays beyond our control.

For best freshness, we recommend refrigerating your bread upon arrival and freezing any portion you do not plan to enjoy within a few days. Bread is best served toasted or warmed.

Refunds & Replacements

We want you to love your order. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 72 hours of the tracking status showing as delivered. We allow up to 72 hours after delivery for refund or replacement requests.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

Requests submitted outside of the 72-hour window may not qualify for refunds or replacements.

Product Information

All products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, and other ingredients. While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Because our products are handcrafted and naturally fermented, slight variations in appearance, texture, and shape may occur from batch to batch.

Local Pickup

Customers using the code LOCAL at checkout, are opting for local pickup and will receive pickup instructions after their order is confirmed. Please pick up orders within the designated pickup timeframe to ensure freshness.
